Lam­bert Doomer was a Dutch land­scape painter. Thought like­ly to have been a pupil of Rem­brandt, he bought a large amount of Rem­brandt​’s draw­ings and sketch­books at auc­tion after that artist’s bank­rupt­cy in 1657. (source Wikipedia)
